Caffè Dei Fratelli

I had a wonderful experience, largely due to the exceptional staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and genuine smile. The hosts was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. Our servers (Amir & Parham) were an absolute professionals. They were attentive without being intrusive, and their knowledge of the menu was impressive. They patiently answered all of our questions and offered excellent recommendations that perfectly matched our tastes.

We sat outside and enjoyed the view. I had the pizza the crust was soft and tasted fresh. One person in our party had the salmon with pasta it was delicious. The server spoke English as well.

We stopped at this place after getting out of the Louvre Museum, and the experience was great. The pizza margaritas and the gnocchi were delicious, and the servers were very attentive. The price is very good and just to block from Museum exit.

Pizza and crepes were tasty and service was very quick. Food was not expensive. We sat outside and others were smoking (which is not the restaurants fault). Otherwise, an enjoyable dinner.

To begin, the Caprese salad was a revelation. The tomatoes, fresh and vibrant, paired harmoniously with a creamy, delicate burrata, creating a dish that was as pleasing to the palate as it was to the eye. The truffle burrata that followed was an indulgent masterpiece. The cheese’s velvety texture was complemented beautifully by the earthiness of the truffles, making it a standout appetizer. For my main course, I opted for the carbonara—a dish that often serves as the litmus test for Italian cuisine. Here, it passed with flying colors. The pasta was cooked to al dente perfection, and the generous helping of bacon provided a satisfying richness without overwhelming the dish’s balance. A true testament to the chef’s skill. The Margherita pizza, though executed well, was not my personal highlight. Its simplicity, while authentic, paled slightly compared to the vibrancy of the other offerings. Yet, it did not detract from the overall experience—a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to quality and tradition. In summation, Caffè dei Fratelli offers an authentic Italian dining experience that marries flavor, craftsmanship, and ambiance. Whether you seek a comforting plate of pasta or an innovative twist on a classic dish, this trattoria will not disappoint. A must-visit for any aficionado of Italian cuisine. Buon appetito!
